Originally used as the wine vaults for the British monarchy, belowzero is dressed in a palette of Dorset cream, burgundy, claret and chocolate, exuding richness and warmth from the use of opulent velvet curtains, soft leather semi-circular banquettes and solid beech furniture, which contrasts stylishly against the original exposed brickwork.
Available throughout the venue, belowzero offers a modern European tapas-style menu with a large selection of small plates, grills and side dishes perfect for sharing between diners, creating a fun and informal atmosphere. The mix of specially designed cosy corners and large booths make it equally suitable for intimate dinners and larger celebrations.
